3. External services loaded by the website
For technical reasons, the page loads resources from external servers, which receive your IP address in the process:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — website typefaces,
- CDN libraries (cdn.jsdelivr.net, cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — animation scripts.
Videos and images are hosted directly on our own servers.
4. Server logs
The hosting server automatically records the IP address, access time, and requested URL. These records serve solely to ensure security and diagnose operations and are deleted automatically after a short period.
5. Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message solely to handle your inquiry (pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
6. The Resinos POS application
The Resinos POS application collects technical and diagnostic data only: device identifiers, device model and OS version, application version, crash logs, and performance metrics. Crash monitoring uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google), which is subject to Google’s privacy practices.
The application does not collect: phone numbers, payment card information, precise location data, photos or media files, contacts, or personal user profiles. No registration or account creation is required.
7. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- operating and securing the website and application — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- remembering your language and cookie choice — necessary for the service to function,
- responding to your inquiry — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- application diagnostics and improvement — legitimate interest.
8. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, Google — Fonts and Crashlytics), where required by law, where necessary to protect rights and security, or in the event of a business transfer. We do not sell data to third parties.
9. Data retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations.
10. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Send your request to resinos@resinos.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. International data transfers
Our services are available in the US and the EU; data may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
12. Children’s privacy
The website and the application are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected a child’s data, we will delete it promptly.
